Moving and final cleaning in Zürich

We (2 people) are moving from Hagenholzstrasse 100, 8050 Zürich to Riedgarten 2, 8600 Dübendorf.

1. Moving

Our building has a lift with 13-person capacity. The parking area is right in front of the building entrance.

Our current apartment is a 3-floor apartment with 2 entrances on the 4th and 5th floor. So things can be moved out by the entrance on the 4th floor or the entrance on the 5th floor. Both floors are just in front of the lift so it's quite easy to move things out of the apartment to the lift.

Our new apartment is a flat apartment with a lift too. I am not sure about the size of the lift. But given that the apartment is on the 1st floor it may still be easy to move things up if they can not fit into the lift.

One 55 inch TV
One shelf: 150cm x 150cm
One shelf: 150cm x 80cm
Two shelves: 150cm x 40cm (each)
One desk: 60cm x 60cm x 80cm
One table: 140cm x 80cm x 80cm

One bench: 120cm x 40cm x 50cm
One desk: 100cm x 40cm x 80cm
One mattress: 180cm x 200cm x 40cm
Two closets: 100cm x 60cm x 236cm (each)

2. Details about our apartment (to be cleaned):

Our current apartment is a 2.5 room apartment. We have 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. We have live here for only 1.5 years so it may still be relatively clean.

We have 2 window walls. One of the window walls is 2-floor high which may require extension ladder to clean. We also have 2 baconies with no obvious mold or dirt because we do not use the baconies.

These are all the details I can think of at this moment and I am happy to have you to come to my place and make an offer. I can not speak German so please send someone who can speak English.
