Moving my stuff from my room to a cellar in another place (both in Bern) in Bern

I am not in Bern but I need someone to do the moving for me before the end of the month.
My stuff is in a room in a shared flat in Bridelstrasse, Bern. The room is located in the o.5 floor of an apartment in Bern. Some of my stuff like my clothes need to be put in boxes or bags before moving (I expect 4 or 5 boxes of them) . The rest includes parts of 2 beds (already detached), a table and 4 chairs, a locker, 2 suitcases, a few pots, 2 already packed boxes and a few small things. I brought them all in this place in one full Van. I also have a few stuff in the cellar on 5th floor (I think it will take 4 times to bring everything down for one normal person). They all need to be moved to another address in Kirchstrasse, Wabern and be placed in a cellar in ground floor/ or level -1 of an apartment there.
Also my room in Bridelstrasse needs to be vacuumed after taking the stuff out (but vacuuming is all the cleaning that is needed)
