I need a quote on renovation of a 1960 prefabricated bungalow with concrete basement
The seize is approx 122m2.
As a first step i would need a rough estimation of the costs of the following positions, as i am planning to buy this house.

1. Renovation to consider
2. Potential removal and replacement of roof
3. Converting the basement to make it livable
4. External insulation and rendering of external walls
5. Remove ceiling panels
6. Demolition of the walls to the dining area / kitchen as far as structurally possible
7. Removal of flooring throughout the house
8. Plastering of internal walls
9. Replacement of all windows to double glazing
10. Dismantle and reinstall blinds
11. Review of electrical installation and update
12. Demolition of the existing kitchen
13. New floor, walls and ceiling, or repairs if possible
14. Renovate concrete basement to make livable
15. Create a new shower and toilet in basement
16. Concrete and tile basement floor
17. Help with obtaining the required permits from Gemeinde for work to be down
I would be happy to provide more documents and videos of the building. An initial rough quote would be appreciated.
