Very disappointing experience. The cleaning company cancelled our scheduled cleaning just one day in advance, despite the signed contract stating that a 50% cancellation fee would apply. No compensation. They then arranged another cleaning company to take over, but the replacement service charged me CHF 400 more. Because this happened at the very last minute, I had no realistic alternative but to accept the higher price. I cannot say whether this was intentional, but the situation certainly raised concerns about the company’s transparency and reliability. Overall, I did not find them trustworthy and would recommend being cautious before booking with them.
