We would like to adapt the existing bathroom in our apartment and install an additional WC. The bathroom and the separate WC are located directly next to each other.

A complete bathroom renovation is not planned. Existing sanitary fixtures and furnishings such as the bathtub, washbasin and cupboard should be kept wherever possible. Only the elements required for the installation of the additional WC should be replaced or adapted.

Additional drainage pipes will need to be installed or adapted for the new WC.

For the sanitary fixtures and required materials, we would preferably like to receive two quote options:
- Including supply of the required materials by the contractor
- Installation only, with the materials supplied by us

We are the owners of the apartment and intend to award the work if we receive a suitable offer.

The work should preferably be completed during September 2026, as we plan to move into the apartment in October.
