We would like to remove the existing flooring in 4 rooms and replace it with new flooring. The total area is approximately 70 m².
The existing floor is vinyl and, according to the current information, is glued down. The existing flooring and skirting boards should be removed and the resulting material disposed of by the contractor.
We are currently considering parquet as the new flooring. We would preferably like to receive two quote options:
- Including supply of the new parquet by the contractor
- Installation only, with the parquet supplied by us
There is no underfloor heating.
The apartment and the affected rooms will be empty during the work. The work area is on an upper floor and a lift is available.
We are the owners of the apartment and intend to award the work if we receive a suitable offer.
The work should preferably be completed during September 2026, as we plan to move into the apartment in October.
