Move à Luzern
Dear all,
I am sorry to ask in English but my German is quite bad.
We are looking for an agency that can help us move.
We have a 5.5 apartment in Luzern and we are moving 1km away to Niklausen.
Here is what we need regarding the move :
- We would like to move on the 22nd of July.
- We are going to pack ourselves because we need to be able to do some triage (we need the boxes and tapes before the 1st of July ; is this possible ?) : we will do books, toys, small objects, clothes etc.
- The only things we would like you to pack are the kitchen items (plates, glasses etc.) and in addition we would like you to move the furniture, screens, printer, big items in the cellar and the garages.
- Cleaning : can you please put an option about the cleaning ? And let us know the guarantee about the cleaning part ? If the agency is not satisfied, what happens ?
