Looking for an architect to take care of total renovation in the house, including providing a cost estimate for extension of kitchen towards the garage roof. Two neighbors have already done this. As part of total renovation in this 1977 built house, the work includes changing 1977 windows to current standard 3-pane windows in the entire house, changing the carpet flooring to current standard used Parkett in all rooms (1 Wohnzimmer, 4 schlafzimmer, 1 HobbyRaum), insulation of roof (Dammung), changing the house entrance door to new door, changing old electric board/panel to current standard electric board/panel, and more.

Poor planning and work execution. Lied at all times. Fake work guarantee provided. Did not complete work from the provisional handover document. Denied to accept damages and faulty work from his contractors. Wanted to complete the work on his rules only.
