3.5 Room Apartment - the apt has two levels plus an attic à Adliswil
We have lived here for 4 years. The flat is on the 4th floor, and has three levels. The attic has carpet but this carpet does not need to be cleaned - only well vacuumed. There is an area shag carpet on the floor in the living room that should be cleaned. There are 4 skylight windows and three balconies that all have large full length windows with door leading onto them, plus three other windows that are half room size.
All the floors are hardwood except in the attic (carpet) and the bathrooms which are linoleum. The new tenants want to buy all of our furnishings including bookcases, sofas, shelves, tables and chairs, desks, beds, nightstands, curtains, lamps, light fixtures, kitchen and other appliances, etc. So the cleaners will need to be able to work in a furnished apt.
