We are looking for an experienced electrician or lighting specialist to help us plan, order, and install a gallery-style track lighting system throughout our 107 m² apartment (excluding 2 bathrooms).

Scope of Work:
– Design and planning of a gallery track lighting concept for the full apartment
– Installation of track rails mounted directly onto a concrete ceiling
– Use of existing electrical outlets (no full rewiring anticipated unless technically required)
– Replacement of current spotlights in the hallway and kitchen with higher-quality, more refined solutions
– Advice on suitable track systems, spotlights, beam angles, light temperature, and overall lighting concept
– Supply and professional installation

We have visual references that illustrate the direction we are interested in. However, we understand this is not the final solution and expect the concept to be developed professionally based on the space and technical feasibility.

The apartment has exposed concrete ceilings, so clean execution and precise installation are essential. We are looking for a high-quality, long-term solution that balances functionality and atmosphere.
